You may use this site to learn about our services, request a walkthrough and communicate with our team. You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Pricing ranges, timelines and any information provided on this site or during a free walkthrough are preliminary and for planning purposes only. They are not an offer or a binding contract.

Only a signed written agreement between you and CP3 General Contracting governs the work, including scope, materials, price, schedule and warranty. If anything on this site conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Program description: CP3 General Contracting runs two separate SMS programs. (a) Service/transactional messages: appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, and follow-ups related to your walkthrough and project. (b) Marketing/promotional messages: special offers, seasonal and holiday greetings, and project or success highlights. Consent for each program is collected through a separate, standalone opt-in; signing up for one program does not enroll you in the other.

How consent is collected: you opt in to each program through its own standalone, optional checkbox on our web forms, or by expressly agreeing verbally or in writing during a call or walkthrough. Consent is never a condition of purchase or of scheduling service, and it is never bundled with acceptance of these Terms.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again.

All content on this site — including text, photography, project documentation, logos, the CP3 mark and the phrases “Craft × Care × Contracting” and “Service to the Third Power” — is owned by CP3 General Contracting and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Our site may link to or embed third-party tools such as scheduling calendars, mapping and payment providers. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those third parties.

This site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CP3 General Contracting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under Texas law, and nothing here modifies the warranty terms in a signed project agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from this site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County or Rockwall County, Texas.

We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the site means you accept the updated version.
