Plain language: here is exactly what happens if you check one of the text-message boxes on our forms or tell us it is okay to text you.
Two Separate Text Programs
Service messages (transactional): appointment confirmations and reminders for your free walkthrough, scheduling updates when a crew or time changes, and follow-ups about your written scope or project progress.
Marketing messages (separate opt-in): promotions, special offers, seasonal and holiday greetings, and project or success highlights.
Each program is a separate, standalone opt-in. Consenting to one does not enroll you in the other.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies for both programs and depends on your activity and our campaign calendar. Service messages are typically a handful around scheduling and active work; marketing messages are sent periodically.

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
How to Stop or Get Help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out of that program immediately. You will receive one confirmation and nothing further for that program unless you opt in again.

Text consent is collected through separate, standalone optional checkboxes that are never pre-checked. You can book a walkthrough and hire CP3 General Contracting without either, and we will simply call or email you instead.
